FAQ

When are new dailies released?

Every morning at 8:00 am Berlin time (2:00 am Eastern Time in the US). Until then, the previous day's dailies stay playable – even after midnight – so you can still save your streak.

Can I play in German or English?

Yes. Grid Gang follows your device language (German on German-language devices, English everywhere else). You can switch at any time under Settings → Language. Your levels, stars, coins, purchases and streaks are shared between both languages; each language has its own words and puzzles. A daily you've finished counts in both languages.

How do I unlock more games?

With stars: every solved round earns up to three stars. The locked card shows how many you still need. If you don't want to wait, you can unlock all games at once in the shop – including all games added later.

I bought something, but it's missing

Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID you used to buy them – it has to be the same one. Purchased coins can't be restored because they are consumed.

I reinstalled the app and my progress is gone

If you are signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID on your iPhone, Grid Gang backs up your progress (stars, levels, coins) there and brings it back automatically after reinstalling – this can take a moment after the first launch. Without iCloud, progress starts over. In both cases you get purchased unlocks and "Remove ads" back via Restore purchases.

How do I change my ad consent?

In the app under Settings → Privacy settings.
